The 2-story limestone house (also previously known as the Adams' House, Dr. Thatcher's office and the Waterville Hospital, Roland Edward's law office, "The Book Lady's Store", Heitmann Realty, and Adams' Attic Antiques and Collectibles). It sits just north of the Waterville Train Depot Museum and the Opera House and across the street from the historic Weaver Hotel.

Still evolving and still being named, it currently serves as a private dining room, gallery, and "think tank". It is right next to the Waterville Public Library and across the street from the Citizen State Bank.

The Community Gardens are located in back. Visiting artists and therapists may stay in one of the extra bedroom.
